Return & Exchange Policy:

Our current production flow does not support outright returns. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged directly from our clothing partner, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Simply send an email to orders@thexperience.app with your unique order number/shipment number, full name, and at least one clear photo of the product showing the damage or defect.

The size tables provide accurate measurements to determine your size. As such we do not offer exchanges.

When purchasing merchandise through partner websites, returns or exchanges are not available unless expressly stated.
